Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

Shipping prices are determined by the shipping location, the shipping method selected at checkout, and the weight of item(s) ordered.

Each item that is purchased requires a specific warehouse processing time before your order can ship from our facility located on the PCOM Philadelphia Pa. campus. Processing time begins within 24 hours once credit card payment has been received. Delivery expectation also varies based on the shipping method you choose at checkout.

All orders will be shipped via United Parcel Service. Orders may all so be picked up in person at the PCOM Philadelphia Campus Printing Solutions Department located in Suite 012 Rowland Hall. Orders will be shipped once a week to the PCOM Georgia Campus, customers will be contacted by Kim Lucier via email that your package is ready for pick up. For PCOM South Georgia Campus, customers will be contacted by Vickie Grant via email that your package is ready for pick up.

For pick up returns in Georgia and South Georgia please coordinate with Kim Lucier (GA) and Vickie Grant (SGA) to accept the return merchandise. It will then be shipped to the Philadelphia Campus where the exchange / refund will be processed once received. Please include a copy of your order number, your full name and the exchange / return request with the item(s) when returning the merchandise.

Orders ship only UPS and cannot support Saturday and Sunday next business day delivery. Orders cannot be shipped to the following locations; PO Boxes, Military Addresses and US Territories (eg. Guam, Puerto Rico)

Return& Exchange Policy Details:

***Important :: You have up to 30 days for any returns or exchanges from when your order was placed*** 

Returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You can return your merchandise to our location up to 30 days from your item's ship date. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges and Returns:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. (It will be inspected first before the item can be exchanged)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
